Position Details:
- Hourly Base Rate: $15.06 - $22.73
- Shift Hours Per Week: 20 hours/week, 10-hour shifts

- The Emergency Department operates 24 hours a day and is a designated Level III Trauma Center.
Job Summary:
- Accepts responsibility, accountability, and authority for the organization of services and systems necessary for a multi-disciplinary approach to
providing care to injured patients. - Designated leader responsible for implementation, supervision, and evaluation of safe patient care while promoting a safe environment for employees, families, and visitors.
- Oversees the Trauma Registry database through monitoring and completion of trauma chart abstraction and trauma registry log.
- Plans, organizes, and facilitates the trauma multi-disciplinary meeting.
- Represents Trauma Services on key, identified hospital committees, Area Trauma Advisory Board (ATAB), and State Trauma Advisory Board (STAB) meetings.
- Coordinates the development, implementation, review, and revision of Trauma standards, policies, procedures, and protocols.
- Interacts with all hospital departments, medical staff, area EMS systems and serves as a resource for the trauma system and liaison for trauma services.
- Develops an annual plan for Performance Improvement initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Current ACLS, PALS, TNCC required.
- CEN encouraged.
