Job duties include: Training individuals with disabilities in the job settings of their choice, providing support services to help meet their employer expectations, maintaining superior communication with the employer, co-workers, families, and other natural supports. All of our new employees will receive all the necessary training to be successful and make meaningful and lasting effects for the individuals we support! In other words, we will to strive put your talents to use and help encourage you to transition from a day to day job to a rewarding career; where every day is a new Adventure at our agency. Training provided includes; CPR/FIRST-AID Oregon Intervention Systems (OIS) Blood Borne Pathogens Mandatory Abuse Reporting All DHS Core Competencies
