McKenney Home Care is seeking an experienced Caregiver, HHA, or CNA for a private-duty client in the Village Walk area of Estero.
This client is looking for a dependable, professional caregiver who communicates clearly and is comfortable providing one-on-one support in the home.
The client is hard of hearing, so clear verbal communication, patience, and the ability to speak at an appropriate pace and volume are especially important for this assignment.
A female caregiver is preferred based on the client’s personal care needs and preferences.

Responsibilities May Include
Assistance with activities of daily living
Companionship and conversation
Mobility and standby assistance
Meal preparation
Light housekeeping and laundry
Medication reminders as outlined in the care plan
Observation and reporting of changes in condition
Following the client’s care plan and agency instructions
Completing required documentation
Qualifications
Previous professional caregiving experience preferred
HHA certificate, Florida CNA license, or strong hands-on caregiving experience preferred
Clear verbal communication skills
Patient, dependable, and comfortable working independently in a private home
Valid Driver’s License
Current Auto Insurance
Reliable Transportation
Current hands-on CPR certification, or willingness to obtain
TB screening within the required timeframe or qualifying chest X-ray
Eligibility for AHCA Level 2 background screening, or willingness to complete the required screening

Salary : $17 - $20
