McKenna Snyder LLC a Chester County based education law firm is seeking an associate with 2-4 years relevant experience in representing schools in special education and student matters, including but not limited to attendance at due process hearings and appeals; resolution sessions, mediations and manifestation determination reviews as well as conducting legal research, drafting correspondence and pleadings, communicating with clients, attending formal and informal hearings and Board meetings, conducting witness interviews and witness preparation, and drafting settlement agreements. Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
• Applicant must have at least two years of experience as a special
education attorney, able to manage and supervise multiple cases effectively;
• Active member in good standing of the Pa. Bar
• Superior academic credentials; and
• Team player with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
