What are the responsibilities and job description for the Used Cars Assistant position at McKenna Motor Company Inc?
The Used Cars Assistant will report directly to the Used Cars Manager at Cerritos VW
Duties:
- Responsible for maintaining and updating used cars inventory in the dealership's systems and databases
- Package required documents to correctly process new inventory
- Assist with moving inventory on the lot to ensure vehicles are correctly parked in designated areas
- Generate various reports from the dealership's systems and databases
- Performs other duties as assigned
Skills and Qualifications:
- Prior auto dealership experience highly preferred
- Minimum one year of office administration experience preferred
- Excellent interpersonal and both verbal and written communications
- Ability to understand, and execute written and verbal instructions
- Strong computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Detail-oriented and strong organizational skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Able to work with minimum supervision
- Able to maintain a professional appearance
