Description Full-time Academic Support Paraprofessional needed at McKelvie Intermediate School. 6.5 hours per day, Monday - Friday.  This is a school year position. Job Summary: Work under the direction of the Academic Support teacher to assist and support assigned student(s)in the following areas: Provides individual and/or small-group tutoring in core subjects. Help students clarify assignments and prepare for assessments. Assist students with study skills, time management, and organizational strategies. Acts on the belief that all students can learn. Qualifications: High School Diploma/Bachelor's Degree preferred, Paraprofessional certification from the NH Department of Education is a plus but not required.
