The Interior Designer position plays an important role in supporting our mission to deliver thoughtful, elevated, and high-quality design solutions. This role assists in creating functional, visually compelling, and detail-driven interiors that reflect each client’s vision and lifestyle. The ideal candidate is creative, organized, and design-focused, with strong intuition and a passion for the interior design process. Proficiency in Revit, CAD, and Adobe Creative Suite is required, along with a solid understanding of interior architecture, furnishings, materials, and construction documentation. A collaborative attitude and willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment are essential.

The Interior Designer will develop design concepts, presentations and drawing sets, sourcing materials and furnishings, and supporting projects through all phases of design and installation to help ensure successful execution.

As an Interior Designer, You Will…

  • Collaborate with the design team to develop thoughtful, functional design concepts.
  • Lead space planning, material, finish, and furniture selections.
  • Produce design presentations, drawings, mood boards, and client-facing materials.
  • Develop construction documents, elevations, and detailed design drawings.
  • Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and project managers throughout all project phases.
  • Source furnishings, lighting, textiles, and materials for projects.
  • Participate in and support project installations and styling.
  • Contribute to a studio culture centered on creativity, collaboration, and design excellence.

Qualifications

  • Strong design sensibility and creative curiosity.
  • Basic understanding of interior design, architecture, and construction principles.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • Rendering and visualization experience is a plus.

Education

  • Degree in Interior Design or related field preferred.
  • Additional training in Revit, AutoCAD, or related software is beneficial.

Experience

  • At least 2 years of professional interior design experience.
  • Experience with design presentations, drawing sets, and construction documentation preferred.
  • Residential or boutique commercial experience is a plus.
  • Familiarity with sourcing, vendor coordination, and installations preferred.

Skills & Abilities

  • Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, & similar design software preferred.

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

  • Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.
  • Ability to interpret and execute client design intent effectively.

Salary:$60,000.00 per year, depending on experience

Pay: $60,000.00 - $72,000.00 per year
