Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position located in Sweetwater, TN. As an RV Sales Associate, you will be responsible for assisting customers in selecting and purchasing their ideal recreational vehicles. Your daily tasks include providing product information, conducting sales presentations, offering excellent customer service, and managing the sales process from initial inquiry to final sale. You will work closely with the sales and support team to meet and exceed sales targets while building long-term customer relationships.
Qualifications
- Experience in sales, customer service, or retail roles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with diverse customers
- Knowledge or interest in recreational vehicles and outdoor lifestyle products
- Strong organizational and time management skills

- High school diploma or equivalent required; previous sales experience is a plus
