Job Summary
We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Solid Surface Fabricator/Technician to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in craftsmanship, and thrives in a collaborative shop environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist with daily shop operations, including cutting, sanding, fabricating, assembling, and finishing solid surface countertops for custom projects.
- Operate and maintain fabrication equipment, power tools, and hand tools safely and efficiently.
- Prepare, move, and organize materials for production and installation.
- Seam, polish, and finish solid surface materials to meet quality standards and customer specifications.
- Ensure projects are completed accurately, efficiently, and on schedule.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Support team members with installations, field work, and special projects as needed.
Qualifications
- Prior solid surface and countertop required.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship.
- Ability to read and follow measurements, drawings, and work instructions (training available).
- Comfortable using power tools and shop equipment.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Physical ability to lift, carry, and move materials as required.
- Work experience references required.
