What You’ll Do (aka your day-to-day):

1 year of installation or construction experience High school diploma or GED Valid driver’s license with a clean record (no DUIs, Can lift up to 100 lbs and work at heights Comfortable working outside in the elements Know your way around a tape measure and some basic math Can pass a drug screen and background check Willing to learn and grow with a team that’s got your back

What You’ll Do (aka your day-to-day):
- Install commercial doors, operators, and dock gear like a pro
- Double-check site conditions to make sure everything’s safe and ready
- Talk with superintendents, managers, or building owners, no guesswork here
- Handle some light framing or adjustments when needed
- Keep your truck stocked and tools ready to roll
- Read blueprints, diagrams, and tape measures like a boss
- Take safety seriously; toolbox talks are part of the gig
- Keep the team updated on progress, issues, or when something’s in your way
What We’re Looking For:
Compensation & Benefits
- $20.00–$41.50/hr, depending on your experience
- Weekly pay guaranteed 40 hours (with overtime available!)
