Job Overview
As a Project Coordinator, you will play a crucial role between the jobsite, office and owners to ensure the successful execution of projects by contract administration support, tracking and document control; submittal, RFI and change orders; track labor, materials and subcontractors. Your ability to manage resources effectively, communicate with stakeholders, and mitigate risks will be critical to the overall success of our projects.
To succeed in this role, you will:
· Utilizing CRM system, assist Project Managers to coordinate and manage high level aspects of projects, including scheduling, budgeting, resource allocation.
· Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including contracts, permits, change orders, and other relevant records.
· Collaborate with internal teams, and subcontractors to establish project requirements and expectations.
· Monitor project progress, identify potential issues or delays, and recommend effective solutions to keep projects on track in collaboration with Project Manager.
· Communicate regularly with the team to provide updates on project status and address any concerns or inquiries.
· Review project performance and outcomes with teams to identify areas for improvement and implement best practices for future projects.
· Assist with project close out requirements, both internal and external.
Requirements:
· Associate degree in construction management, civil engineering, or a related field preferred (combination of experience and certifications/degrees considered).
· Knowledge of CRM systems preferred, but not required.
· Proven experience as a project manager in the construction industry.
· Strong understanding of construction techniques, materials, and equipment.
· Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
· Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
· Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
· Knowledge of relevant safety regulations and environmental guidelines.
· Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to project sites as needed.
· Professional certifications (e.g., PMP, OSHA 501) are a plus.
