Responsibilities

• Assist customers in identifying and selecting the correct auto parts and accessories, ensuring a positive shopping experience
• Manage inventory levels through accurate stock control, ordering, and replenishment using inventory management systems like CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System)
• Process sales transactions efficiently using POS (Point of Sale) systems while maintaining cash handling accuracy
• Provide technical advice on vehicle maintenance, automotive diagnostics, and repair procedures to support customer needs
• Collaborate with the team to ensure proper stocking, merchandising, and organization of automotive parts and accessories
• Build strong customer relationships through effective communication, product knowledge, and personalized service
• Support vehicle maintenance and repair activities by supplying parts and troubleshooting mechanical issues as needed

Requirements

• Proven experience in automotive diagnostics, repair, or dealership environments with a solid understanding of vehicle systems and automotive parts management
• Strong negotiation skills to assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions
• Excellent communication skills; bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly valued for serving diverse clientele
• Familiarity with inventory management software such as CMMS or similar tools; proficiency in Microsoft Office is preferred
• Knowledge of retail sales processes, POS systems, cashiering, and retail math to handle transactions accurately
• Mechanical troubleshooting skills combined with automotive repair experience to support customer inquiries effectively
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining organizational skills and attention to detail
• Customer service orientation with a focus on building lasting client relationships through clear communication and professional demeanor
