Growing Plaintiff Personal Injury Firm Hiring – Near Downtown Dallas Area
Our rapidly growing Plaintiff Personal Injury firm near Downtown Dallas is expanding! We are seeking dedicated professionals who thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented, and drama-free environment. (2) Experienced Case Managers
We are seeking experienced Case Managers with a proactive, client-focused approach.
Responsibilities:
Manage a caseload of approximately 50–60 personal injury cases from intake through demand
Serve as a strong advocate for clients throughout the claims process
Assist clients in obtaining medical treatment
Set up and manage claims for PIP, property damage, and liability
Maintain consistent communication to ensure a positive client experience
Qualifications:
2 years of personal injury case management experience in a fast-paced environment
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent communication and client service abilities
Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to collaborate and problem-solve
(1) Medical Records Specialist
Responsibilities:
Request and obtain medical and billing records, including affidavits
Process approximately 20–30 records requests per day efficiently
Review records and affidavits for accuracy and completeness
Calculate paid vs. incurred amounts
Identify and distinguish related vs. unrelated treatment within records
Coordinate corrections and updated affidavits when necessary
Qualifications:
1 year of experience handling medical and billing records in a legal or medical setting
Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
Ability to manage a high-volume workload efficiently
Team player willing to support others as needed
(1) Case Manager Assistant
Responsibilities:
Obtaining initial documents from client
Sending initial letters of representation, LOPs, and other necessary correspondence regarding claims
Assisting case managers with setting up claims for property damage and bodily injury
Assisting case managers with other needed tasks
Communicating with clients to ensure that their needs are being met and serve as a secondary point of contact for clients in the event the case manager is unavailable
Qualifications:
6 months office experience in a client facing role
Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
Ability to manage a high-volume workload efficiently
Team player willing to support others as needed
