Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented House Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cleanliness and an eye for detail, has a professional presentation and leads with integrity. This role involves working in residential and commercial settings, providing top-notch cleaning services that meet our high standards of quality.
Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential homes and commercial properties, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Conduct floor care to maintain the appearance and hygiene of all flooring types.
- Launder linens and towels as needed, ensuring all items are clean and well-presented.
- Maintain a high level of customer service by addressing client needs and preferences during each cleaning session.
- Perform custodial tasks within cleaning protocols to ensure safety and proper use of products.
- Manage duties, including organizing supplies and reporting any maintenance issues to management.
- Ensure all cleaning equipment is properly maintained and used safely.
Experience
- Previous experience in residential cleaning or commercial cleaning is preferred but not required.
- Must be able to lift up to 30lbs, bend, kneel down and walk for extended periods of time during working hours.
- Familiarity with cleaning product usage and application is a plus.
- Proficient in English speaking and reading
- Skills in floor care, or sanitizing techniques will be beneficial.
- Strong customer service skills to interact positively with clients and address their needs efficiently.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating reliability, integrity and professionalism at all times.
