Maintenance Technician (2nd shift)

McInnes Rolled Rings is the world leader in the rolled rings forging industry! We operate with some of the industry’s most modern and technologically complex forging equipment to produce the highest quality rolled rings possible.

We are currently seeking a hands-on, mechanical inclined Second Shift Maintenance Technician who values team work and work life balance to join our team. The ideal candidate would have two plus years of experience. The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for maintaining equipment, ensuring operational efficiency, and supporting a safe and productive work environment.

In this role, you will be responsible for keeping our machinery, equipment, and facility in top working condition—ensuring smooth and safe operations throughout the plant.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform installation, repair, troubleshooting, adjustment, and inspection of mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems.
• Install and troubleshoot industrial PCs, PLCs, HMIs, and AC drives, including basic programming.
• Complete scheduled preventive maintenance tasks and support spare parts inventory management.
• Prioritize safety in all tasks and actively contribute to a safe work environment.
• Collaborate with production teams to identify and resolve potential maintenance issues early.
• Build and maintain strong, cooperative working relationships across departments.

What We're Looking For:

• Hands-on experience with industrial equipment and systems.
• Knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems.
• Familiarity with PLCs, HMIs, and AC drives is a plus.
• A proactive, safety-first mindset.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a team-oriented attitude.
