Role Description
The Director of Laboratory Services will oversee the operations of the laboratory, implement quality control measures, and maintain compliance with regulatory standards. Key responsibilities include supervising laboratory personnel, managing budgets, optimizing workflows, and ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of diagnostic services. This is a full-time, on-site position located in Richardson, TX.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Medical Technology and Laboratory Skills
- Knowledge and expertise in Pathology and Laboratory Medicine
- Strong comprehension of Medicine as it relates to laboratory services and diagnostics
- Proven leadership, organizational, and management skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Medical Technology, Biology, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus
- Current certification or licensure in a relevant medical or laboratory technology discipline
- Comprehensive understanding of laboratory operating procedures and regulatory standards
