Responsibilities
- Recruiting & Hiring – Place ads for new hires, prescreen applicants, conduct interviews, maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates.
- Onboarding – Conduct in-person onboarding sessions, data entry in Employee Navigator and QuickBooks, 45- and 90-day employee reviews.
- Employee Relations – Support a positive and team-oriented workplace, serve as a primary contact for employees regarding workplace concerns.
- Benefits Programs – Manage employee eligibility and enrollment in insurance and 401(k) programs.
- Licensing & Compliance – Maintain a record of employee licenses (pharmacist, etc.), ensure employee compliance training is up to date.
- Terminations – Conduct exit interviews when appropriate, ensure proper documentation.
- Scheduling & Payroll Support – Provide support for employee scheduling and payroll as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in HR management or similar.
- Strong understanding of pharmacy staffing requirements, including licensing and compliance.
- Proven experience managing Human Resources for organizations with greater than 100 employees.
- Experience in the pharmacy/healthcare industry - preferred.
