By mid-morning you're on the phone with a patient who's been hesitant about starting a care program. You listen, you understand her concerns, you walk her through exactly what it involves — and she says yes. You helped change her health trajectory today. That moment is what this job is built for.
As our Patient Experience & Wellness Coordinator, you'll run front desk operations, coordinate patient care plans across our clinical team, and guide patients into the wellness programs that are right for them. This is a hybrid role — part hospitality, part case management, part patient advocacy — and it comes with a compensation structure that rewards you when patients say yes.

Base Pay
Competitive hourly rate or base salary — commensurate with experience, competitive with the Jacksonville market
Commission
Potential to earn commission on cash-pay patient enrollment and wellness service sales — real earning potential on top of your base
• Flexible schedule with room to grow. Currently Tuesday–Thursday, 8am–6pm with a 1-hour lunch break — with the possibility of expanding to Monday–Thursday as the practice grows.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
• Welcome patients warmly, manage check-in/out, phones, scheduling, and payments
• Present and enroll patients into care plans and wellness programs with confidence and empathy
• Coordinate care across Dr. McHugh, our associate chiropractor, and our Nurse Practitioner
• Follow up on lapsed patients, missed appointments, and unconverted consultations
• Guide patients through financial conversations about cash-pay and elective services
• Maintain accurate records via our EHR and patient portal (MyBodySite)
• Participate in occasional offsite events and community outreach as needed
• Complete mandatory onboarding training through Blueprint University (online) at vt.lightspeedvt.com
• Attend mandatory team training in Kansas City, MO in October (travel details provided upon hire)
• Hit monthly enrollment and revenue targets — with the potential to earn commission when you exceed them
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Must-Have:
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a medical, chiropractic, dental, or wellness office
• Comfortable having financial conversations and presenting services without being pushy
• Warm, professional, and genuinely people-driven — this comes naturally to you
• Highly organized with strong communication skills, written and verbal
• Reliable, punctual, and a self-starter who takes ownership
Preferred:
• Familiarity with EHR or practice management software
• Prior experience in patient enrollment, wellness sales, or healthcare case coordination
• Knowledge of integrative or regenerative medicine services
