JOB SUMMARY:
Valley Hi is looking for an individual who can prepare and cook nutritious meals and snacks for nursing home residents and staff, prepares meals according to menus, recipes, and dietary needs of residents.
You'll be a great if:
- You have skills to prepare meals and snacks according to facility menus and recipes
- You're able to maintain the food service equipment with ease
- You enjoy plating and distributing food to our residents.
- You are a rockstar at cleaning and sanitizing the dining rooms and kitchen
- You have solid experience supervising the dietary staff
- You understand that most likely you will be asked to perform other related duties as assigned because we can't list them all here.
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or GED; and
- Two or more years of progressively responsible related experience.
Licenses and Certifications:
- Food Sanitation Certificate.
