Make a Difference Behind the Scenes
MCHC is expanding in early 2026 with the opening of our Same-Day Clinic. As part of this exciting launch, you'll play an essential role in keeping our clinic clean, safe, and ready to serve patients and staff.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness and infection control by disinfecting surfaces, restrooms, floors, and high-touch areas while following all PPE and safety standards.
- Promote safety by responding promptly to spills, trip hazards, and facility concerns.
- Respond to staff cleaning requests with professionalism and promptness.
- Perform light maintenance and groundskeeping tasks.
- Maintain the confidentiality and privacy of patient and staff information.

Requirements
1 year of experience in a healthcare or similar leaning role.
Preferred:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Possess a valid California Driver’s License and be insurable to drive MCHC vehicles
- 2 years of experience in a healthcare or similar cleaning role.
Salary : $23 - $26
