What You'll Do:
- Perform all dental assistant duties allowed under California law, as directed by a licensed dentist.
- Provide chairside and clinical support during exams and procedures.
- Take impressions for models and denture appliances.
- Place and remove rubber dams or other isolation devices.
- Ensure patient comfort and safety during appointments; communicate observations to the dentist.
- Assist in discussing treatment plans with patients and act as a liaison between provider and patient.
- Educate patients on proper oral hygiene and care.
- Prepare and disinfect treatment rooms in compliance with infection control standards.

Requirements
For Dental Assistant:
- High School Diploma or GED
- CPR Certification
- 8-Hour Infection Control Certificate
- Valid California Driver’s License and proof of insurance
Preferred:
- Experience working in a dental office with Electronic Health Records (EHR)
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (fluent)
- California X-ray License
For Registered Dental Assistant (RDA):
- High School Diploma or GED
- California Register Dental Assistant (RDA) License
- CPR Certification
- California X-ray License
- Coronal Polish Certificate
- Sealant Certificate
- Valid California Driver’s License and proof of insurance
Preferred:
- Experience working in a dental office with Electronic Health Records (EHR)
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (fluent)
Salary : $23 - $30
