Job Description

The Tysons office of McGuireWoods seeks an Associate to join its Labor & Employment Department.

With over 1,000 lawyers in the United States and Europe - including a dedicated bench of labor and employment attorneys - McGuireWoods handles upwards of 4,000 employment-related matters each year. Job Requirements

• Qualified candidates will have 2-5 years of labor and employment or commercial litigation experience at an Am Law 100 firm.
• Experience or interest in noncompetes, trade secrets, and employment mobility issues preferred but not required.
• Candidates who have completed a federal clerkship will be strongly considered.
• Candidates should possess strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with client, business, and legal teams.
• Must have a strong academic record, excellent writing, and oral communication skills.
