The Washington D.C. office of McGuireWoods seeks a Mid-Level Associate to join its Real Estate Finance Practice Area, a part of the Public & Private Infrastructure & Real Estate Department.

Salary: $235,000 - $355,000
Job Requirements
- Qualified candidates will have 2-5 years commercial real estate finance experience in sophisticated law firm setting.
- The ideal candidate will have large firm commercial real estate experience representing lending institutions.
- Experience in affordable housing matters is a nice to have.
- Experience with agency financing transactions involving Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac is preferred.
- Candidates should possess strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with client, business, and legal teams.
- Must have a strong academic record, excellent writing, and oral communication skills.
- NC Bar is required.
