The Charlotte office of McGuireWoods seeks an Associate to join its Healthcare Department.

Job Requirements

• Qualified candidates will have 3-5 years of relevant experience in a top 100 law firm setting.
• We are specifically seeking candidates with experience and an interest in continuing or building a practice around healthcare transactional work, with a focus on private equity transactions.
• Candidates with experience in the foregoing with other complimentary areas of experience should also apply.
• Excellent academic credentials and solid writing skills are required.

• Must have a strong academic record, excellent writing, and oral communication skills.
