Responsibilities
- Monitor and merge duplicate contacts, research company/contact associations, and update key firmographics (revenue, SIC codes, etc.).
- Handle Data Change Management tickets and execute advanced list building under tight deadlines.
- Provide occasional training to users on CRM best practices and data entry protocols to ensure firm-wide data hygiene.
- Ensure all CRM data and outreach are strictly compliant with data protection and privacy laws.
- Assist with Business Development and Marketing requests, providing data-driven insights and reports to partners as funneled through leadership.
- Prior experience with a CRM platform is a plus.
- Prior experience in a law firm or professional services environment is highly preferred.
- Strong Excel skills. Familiarity with database querying/reporting/analytics is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written skills, with the ability to translate technical data concepts for diverse audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with a diverse range of users, including navigating difficult or high-pressure interactions with patience, professionalism, and composure.
- A dedicated "execution-first" mindset. You should be comfortable working independently, following established processes precisely while staying open to creating new efficiencies.
- Exceptional attention to detail, a natural interest in research/data management, and the ability to take direction and pivot between tasks effectively.
