What are the responsibilities and job description for the Hospitality Design & Procurement Manager position at McGuire Moorman Lambert Hospitality HQ?
At McGuire Moorman Lambert Hospitality (MML), we create memorable experiences through thoughtful food, service, and design. Led by Larry McGuire, Tom Moorman, and Liz Lambert, MML is known for refined hospitality rooted in storytelling, attention to detail, and a deep commitment to craft.
We proudly own and operate all of our properties, selecting only projects that reflect our vision and values. From boutique hotels and iconic restaurants to private clubs and new hospitality concepts, every MML project is intentionally designed and meticulously executed.
About the RoleMML Hospitality is seeking a Hospitality Design & Procurement Manager to lead the sourcing, selection, and procurement of all OS&E (Operating Supplies & Equipment) across our diverse portfolio.
This role sits at the intersection of design, operations, and logistics. The ideal candidate brings a strong design sensibility and understands how OS&E — from tabletop and guestroom tools to serviceware and back-of-house equipment — shapes the look, feel, and function of a hospitality experience.
Because every MML concept is driven by a unique story and aesthetic vision, this role plays a critical part in translating creative intent into tangible, well-sourced solutions. You will work closely with Design, Concept Development, Culinary, and Operations teams to ensure that every item supports the overall narrative, guest experience, and operational excellence.
This is a hands-on, highly collaborative role suited for someone who thrives in both creative environments and large-scale project execution, managing budgets, timelines, vendors, and logistics without losing sight of design quality.
This role will report to our VP of Concept Development and will manage our full-time Procurement Coordinator.
