We are currently seeking a dependable Warehouse Associate to support our operations and keep our project workflow running smoothly.
Position Overview:
The Warehouse Associate plays a key role in managing materials, maintaining organization, and supporting daily job-site needs. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced construction environment.
Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and log all deliveries, packages, and building materials
- Track materials ordered by the design team and office staff, including coordinating pick-up and delivery timelines
- Maintain accurate digital inventory records using Sortly inventory tracking software
- Notify Designers and Project Managers when products arrive so they can plan accordingly
- Coordinate cabinet deliveries and communicate delivery timing to Designers and Project Managers
- Deliver materials to job sites, including tile, plumbing fixtures, cabinets, and general building materials
- Keep the warehouse organized, clean, and safe
- Assist construction team members as needed
- Support general operations to ensure smooth project workflow
Requirements:
- Prior experience in warehouse, construction, or material handling preferred
- Strong computer skills; ability to manage digital logs and inventory systems
- Experience with Sortly inventory tracking software or similar systems is a plus
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physical tasks
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
