At McGregor PACE (Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly), we help seniors remain safe, independent, and living in their homes. We are hiring a compassionate and dependable Home Health Aide (HHA), CNA, or STNA to provide in-home care and personal care services as part of our interdisciplinary healthcare team.
Position Summary
The Home Health Aide (HHA) / Caregiver provides in-home personal care, companionship, and support with activities of daily living (ADLs) for older adults enrolled in the PACE program. This role supports safety, independence, and quality of life for seniors in the community.
Qualifications
Active HHA, CNA, or STNA certification (required)
High school diploma or GED
Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
At least 1 year experience in home care, caregiving, or working with seniors required
Ability to work independently in a home health / in-home care setting
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Compassionate, patient, and dependable caregiver
Key Responsibilities
Provide personal care: bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility assistance
Assist with ADLs (Activities of Daily Living) and light housekeeping
Provide in-home caregiving and companionship
Escort/transport participants to medical appointments as needed
Monitor and report changes in condition to nursing staff
Complete accurate documentation of care provided
Promote dignity, safety, and independence for all participants
