This part-time, salaried position (24 hours/week) supports member outreach,
communications, events, and day-to-day Chamber operations. The role includes
scheduled in-office time, along with attending events and working with local
businesses and partners.

Duties
- Develop and implement outreach strategies to engage local businesses, nonprofits, and community organizations effectively.
- Manage volunteer programs, recruiting, training, and supervising volunteers to support chamber activities.
- Organize and facilitate public speaking engagements, workshops, and networking events to promote chamber initiatives.
- Oversee social media platforms and marketing campaigns to increase visibility and community participation.
- Collect data on outreach efforts, analyze engagement metrics, and prepare reports to measure program success.
- Coordinate fundraising activities and assist with grant writing to support chamber projects.
- Provide administrative support by maintaining records, scheduling meetings, and managing correspondence related to outreach programs.
Requirements
- Proven experience in volunteer management, supervising teams, or leading community programs.
- Strong public speaking skills with the ability to represent the chamber confidently at events.
- Experience in program development, project management, marketing, and social media management.
- Knowledge of data collection methods and experience analyzing engagement metrics.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and build partnerships.
- Excellent organizational skills with experience in administrative tasks such as recruiting and event planning.
