We’re looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Helpdesk Support Specialist to join our IT team. In this role, you will serve as a key point of contact for technical support, ensuring smooth daily operations for both on-site and remote employees by supporting hardware, software, and network resources, as well as contributing to broader IT initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for desktops/laptops, mobile and desk phones, printers/copiers, and video conferencing equipment.
- Install, troubleshoot, and maintain desktop applications and endpoint security tools, ensuring smooth operation for both on-site and remote users.
- Develop and maintain user documentation and guides for end users.
- Collaborate with IT team members to implement projects and resolve technical issues.
- Assist with server management and maintenance, ensuring firm data protection and system integrity.
Education & Experience:
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field preferred.
- Equivalent work experience and/or relevant certifications will also be considered.

- Familiarity with software such as Microsoft 365, Adobe, and Zoom.
This is a full-time in-office position. The applicant must be able to work in our Omaha office 5 days a week; hybrid/remote work is not permitted.
