Requirements
- Positive, customer-first attitude
- Strong phone etiquette and communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Previous receptionist or customer service experience preferred
- Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to assist where needed
What You’ll Do
- Greet every customer with a warm and professional welcome
- Answer and route incoming calls using a multi-line phone system
- Direct guests to the appropriate department or team member
- Assist with filing and light administrative duties
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk area
- Support dealership operations and provide exceptional customer service
Schedule & Availability
- Approximately 20–30 hours per week
- Mondays and Thursdays between 2:00 PM and 8:00 PM
- Saturdays from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
- Additional weekday hours may be available based on business needs and coverage requirements
