Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of motorcycle, powersports, automotive, or related mechanical experience
- Strong diagnostic, troubleshooting, and repair skills
- Passion for motorcycles and the powersports industry
- Ability to lift 50 lbs. and maneuver motorcycles weighing 500 lbs.
- Basic computer skills for service documentation and repair orders
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Must own tools required to perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
What You'll Do
- Perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on motorcycles and powersports vehicles
- Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and drivability concerns
- Complete repairs efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards
- Inspect vehicles and identify additional service needs
- Communicate findings clearly with Service Advisors and management
- Maintain accurate repair documentation and service records
- Keep work areas clean, safe, and organized
- Collaborate with team members to deliver an exceptional customer experience
