What You’ll Do
• Build relationships with customers and guide them through the vehicle buying process
• Identify customer needs and match them with the right vehicle and solutions
• Present product features, pricing, and financing options
• Follow up with leads, appointments, and referrals to drive sales performance
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction
• Collaborate with team members to meet individual and dealership goals
Requirements
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Competitive, goal-oriented mindset with a drive to succeed
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Sales or customer service experience preferred but not required
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
