Responsibilities:
- Process vehicle warranty claims efficiently
- Ensure vehicle warranty paperwork is complete and accurate.
- Verify claims meet factory or distributor criteria.
- Reconcile warranty receivables with payments according to accounting schedules.
- Follow up on rejected claims and resubmit or process write-offs as authorized..
- Stay up to date on factory recalls, service bulletins, and warranty policies.
- Maintain a professional appearance and organized work area.
Qualifications:
Previous dealership experience (Warranty Admin. or Service Advisor experience preferred)- Strong understanding of dealership repair order and warranty processes
- Basic accounting or reconciliation experience.
- Proficiency with computers and dealership management software.
- Excellent communication and follow-up skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and team collaboration skills
