What you’ll actually be doing:
- Supporting Project Managers and field teams on active construction projects
- Reviewing plans, specs, and submittals
- Coordinating with subcontractors and suppliers
- Tracking project progress, schedules, and documentation
- Helping solve jobsite challenges in real time
- Learning how projects are built—from the ground up

What we’re looking for:
- Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
OR field experience looking to move into an office role - Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
- Good communication skills and a team-first mindset
- Ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Someone who takes pride in doing things the right way
Bonus if you have:
- Internship or co-op experience in construction
- Experience reading construction drawings
- Familiarity with Procore or similar tools
