Duties

• Process automotive sales paperwork accurately
• Process commissions for payroll
• Schedule cleaning and reconciling
• Coordinate with dealerships and external agencies to verify documentation and resolve any discrepancies promptly
• Utilize software such as Dealertrack (a dealership management system) and Microsoft Office to input data, generate reports, and maintain organized records
• Handle inventory management related to vehicle titles, ensuring proper control and documentation of all vehicles in stock
• Month end reports
• Provide exceptional customer service by communicating clearly with clients regarding licensing status, paperwork requirements, and payment processing
• Maintain knowledge of state transportation laws to ensure all transactions adhere to legal standards while providing transparent client communicationand excellence.

Pay: $21.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
