Responsibilities
- Prepare ingredients and cook menu items with precision, ensuring consistency and quality in every dish
- Follow recipes, portion controls, and presentation standards to deliver exceptional dining experiences
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, adhering strictly to food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Assist with meal preparation for special functions as needed
- Support the kitchen team by handling food prep tasks such as chopping, marinating, and assembling ingredients
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including knives, ovens, grills, and fryers
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service and smooth kitchen operations
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment preferred; culinary experience is a plus
- Strong knife skills and proficiency in food preparation techniques
