What are the responsibilities and job description for the Car Valet position at McGovern Automotive Group?

As a Valet/ Inventory Associate, you will be responsible for receiving new vehicle shipments, moving and arranging cars in the lot, and ensuring the inclusion of all car accessories upon delivery. You will become familiar with all of our inventory, the inner workings of our dealership, and will be an integral part of our team.
Responsibilities -
- Ensure all cars are transported properly to ensure damage prevention and protect dealership property at all times
- Account for all cars on the lot
- Ensuring the cleanliness of the interiors and exteriors of cars on the lot
- Providing assistance with keeping the lot clean and free of trash at all times
- Driving off-site to run dealership errands when required
- Performing basic maintenance tasks, such as filling up on gas, oil, and other fluids
Requirements:
- High school diploma (or equivalent)
- Valid driver’s license
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- The ability to work well as part of a team
- Regular, predictable, full attendance
- Willingness to work the required schedule, and complete pre-employment background check with drug screening
