Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in our Sudbury, MA, office. The Insurance Personal Lines Customer Service Representative will handle daily customer inquiries, provide assistance with insurance policies, address client concerns, and ensure a seamless customer experience. The role involves maintaining positive client relationships, processing policy updates, and collaborating with the team to deliver excellent service.
Qualifications
- Experience in Customer Service, Customer Satisfaction, and delivering outstanding Customer Experience
- Proficient in Customer Support and responding to inquiries promptly and professionally
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a collaborative team environment
- Proficiency in using computer systems and maintaining accurate client records
