With locations in Casper and Gillette, we serve Wyoming with excellence and innovation.We are seeking a reliable, skilled, and patient-focused Radiologic Technologist to join our imaging team. The Radiologic Technologist will help ensure high-quality imaging, excellent patient care, and efficient workflow across our Casper and Gillette locations.This position involves rotational coverage for our Orthopedic Walk-in Urgent care, OrthoNow. This includes some occasional Saturdays and evening coverage. May require scheduled travel to our Gillette clinic to support staffing needs on an as needed basis.Key ResponsibilitiesDiagnostic ImagingPerform high-quality radiographic exams following provider orders and imaging protocolsEnsure proper patient positioning, shielding, and radiation safetyComplete all documentation, exam labeling, and PACS/RIS entries accurately and promptlyMaintain equipment and supplies in good working order, ensuring they meet all regulatory requirements.Patient Care & Workflow SupportExceptional patient care skills are a must for this positionGreet, prepare, and educate patients before imaging examsMonitor patient comfort and safety throughout proceduresCommunicate clearly with patients, families, and clinical staffAssist with scheduling, registration, or patient flow when neededProcedure AssistanceSupport physicians during imaging-guided orthopedic procedures (as applicable)Set up rooms, supplies, and equipment for proceduresTeam CollaborationWork closely with technologists, medical assistants, nurses, and providersSupport coworkers during high-volume periods or staff absencesPositive work culture that emphasizes communication, teamwork, and professional accountability.Participate in ongoing training and cross-modality skill developmentQuality, Safety & ComplianceFollow state and federal imaging regulations and safety protocolsReport equipment issues promptly and assist with maintenance coordinationSupport quality assurance initiatives and protocol consistencyQualificationsCurrent Wyoming Radiologic Technologist License (ARRT required)Experience in additional modalities (MRI, CT, Ultrasound) is highly valueBLS certification requiredStrong patient care and communication skillsAbility to multitask in a fast-paced clinical environmentStrong interpersonal and communication skills, with a patient-focused approachReliable, professional, and team-orientedWillingness to travel to Gillette occasionally to support operationsWorking ConditionsFull-time position based in Casper, WYRotational Saturday and evening (5-7pm) OrthoNOW coverageOccasional travel to Gillette, WYCompensation & BenefitsCompetitive pay based on experience and certificationsFull benefits package (medical, dental, vision, retirement options)Paid time off and continuing education supportProfessional growth opportunities in multiple imaging modalities
