We have the need for a full time Service Advisor/Writer that is ready to join a tight knit team for long-term success. To perform this job you will need to understand how to operate an iPad and computer and have a willingness to learn from a very knowledgeable Service Manager. This position is a great opportunity to have a nice long term career and build relationships with our customers for long term success.
Qualifications Expected:
- Dealership Experience as Service advisor preferred or comparable
- Must have some knowledge of automotive mechanics
- Computer and Tablet savvy
-Honest and Trustworthy
- Clean Driving Record and Valid Drivers License
- Ability to follow company guidelines
- Must pass drug test and background check
- Wonderful Attitude to meet and greet customers promptly
-Ability to inform customers of needed recommended services with low pressure high-integrity method
- Provide accurate estimates and keep accurate records
- Ability to multitask
-Handle customer concerns and complaints appropriately
- Ability to communicate with Service Manager and technicians on all aspects of repairs
- Maintain Satisfaction Scores per company policy
