Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, adhering to all food safety and alcohol service regulations
- Take food and drink orders accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring timely delivery to guests
- Provide outstanding customer service by engaging with guests, answering questions about menu items, and offering personalized recommendations
- Handle cash transactions efficiently, including cashiering duties and cash handling procedures, while maintaining accuracy in retail math calculations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and dining areas, following food handling standards and safety protocols
- Assist with catering events, banquets, or special functions by serving food and beverages professionally in fast-paced environments such as nightclubs or large gatherings
- Manage time effectively during busy shifts to ensure prompt service without compromising quality or safety standards
Skills
- Proficiency with POS systems like Aloha POS and Micros POS for order entry and transaction processing
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, energetic approach that enhances guest experiences
- Excellent time management abilities to prioritize tasks efficiently during high-volume periods
- Experience in fine dining settings or banquet environments is highly desirable
