Your work supports a process that transforms organic waste into valuable products that improve soil health, support agriculture, and promote environmental sustainability. This is a position for drivers who value safety, professionalism, and reliability. You'll be entrusted with operating company equipment safely while representing McGill on the road and at customer locations. **Qualifications** Valid Class A CDL Safe driving record Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening requirements Knowledge of DOT regulations and safe driving practices Ability to work flexible schedules, including occasional weekends as needed Strong communication and customer service skills Must be legally authorized to work in the United States 1 year of CDL A driving experience preferred Experience with dump trailers, roll-offs, walking floor trailers, or similar equipment preferred Experience in waste, recycling, construction, aggregate, or hauling operations preferred Basic mechanical knowledge and equipment familiarity preferred **Responsibilities** Safely operate Class A commercial vehicles, including tractor-trailers, dump trailers, roll-offs, and walking floor trailers Transport organic materials, yard waste, and finished compost products Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections Complete required DOT logs, inspection reports, and load documentation Follow all DOT regulations and company safety standards Maintain consistent communication with dispatch and operations teams Ensure loads are secured and transported safely Assist with loading and unloading activities when needed Deliver excellent customer service at all customer and company locations **Pre-Employment Assessment Requirements** To be considered for this position, candidates must successfully complete:
