Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. The Maintenance Technician is responsible for ensuring that apartment units and community facilities are well-maintained, safe, and in excellent condition. This role plays a key part in providing a high-quality living environment for residents through timely repairs, preventative maintenance, and effective collaboration with site management.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance, repairs, and preventative upkeep in apartment units and common areas.
- Complete residential painting and touch-up work as needed.
- Coordinate maintenance activities and repair schedules with the site manager.
- Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues using sound technical knowledge.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance work and completed repairs.
- Follow all safety regulations, policies, and best practices while performing maintenance tasks.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician or in a similar role.
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently while also contributing effectively as part of a team.

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
