- Describes all optional equipment available for customer purchase
- Attends product and sales training courses and meetings

- Prepares sold vehicles for customer delivery prior to customer arrival

- Maintains a prospect development system

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential
- Demonstrated ability to exercise discretion with highly sensitive and confidential information
- Demonstrated ability to learn new processes and adapt quickly
- Internet and computer literate
