What are the responsibilities and job description for the Associate Attorney position at McGann Bartlett & Brown?
We are looking for a full-time associate attorney.
Experience in workers' compensation is not needed but would be preferred. Civil defense experience is a plus. We are a very busy workers' compensation insurance defense firm. Our practice includes workers' compensation defense and workers' compensation subrogation cases.
We will spend the time needed to train a new attorney and very shortly thereafter, they will start handling their own files with continued supervision. We cover all eight districts of the Workers' Compensation Commission, all Superior Court districts, as well as appeals when needed.
