Responsibilities
- Thoroughly clean and sanitize all areas of rental properties, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, living spaces, and outdoor areas
- Implement cleaning procedures using appropriate detergents and cleaning equipment to ensure surfaces are spotless and hygienic
- Perform floor cleaning tasks such as vacuuming, mopping, and carpet cleaning to maintain pristine flooring standards
- Manage laundry duties including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and towels for each guest stay
- Handle manual tasks such as heavy lifting of furniture or supplies safely and efficiently during turnover processes
- Conduct outdoor work as needed to tidy patios, decks, or garden areas to enhance curb appeal
- Communicate professionally with clients regarding their specific cleaning requests or special instructions
Skills
- Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning environments; janitorial or hotel experience is highly valued
- Strong knowledge of cleaning surfaces, dusting techniques, and sanitation best practices
- Ability to operate various cleaning equipment safely and effectively
