What are the responsibilities and job description for the Field Service Technician position at McFarlins Handywork?
Repair electrical outlets and switches, such as replace a 3 way switch.
Repair plumbing issues such as repair or replace a kitchen faucet or waste line.
Sheet rock installation and repair. Patch holes, texture and paint.
General carpentry. Read a tape measure. Install a pre-hung door. Frame a wall to spec.
Remove and replace LVP flooring.
Must be able to lift 100 pounds.
Must be able to operate a variety of power tools and identify them for use.
Must have excellent customer service skills.
Must be able to trouble shoot a variety of problems around residential and commercial environments.
Must have clean cut appearance and good communication skills.
Must be self motivated and able to keep accurate records and follow directions.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $25.00 - $40.00 per hour
