About the Role
We’re looking for a talented and motivated
Landscape Designer to join our residential landscape design/build team. This is a hands-on role where you’ll work closely with clients, project managers, and installation crews to bring outdoor living spaces to life — from concept through construction.

Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop custom residential landscape plans including planting, hardscape, grading, and outdoor living elements.
- Meet with clients to understand their vision, lifestyle needs, and project goals.
- Create site analyses, concept drawings, 2D/3D renderings, and construction documents.
- Select appropriate materials, plantings, and finishes based on site conditions and client preferences.
- Coordinate with project managers, estimators, and field teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Assist with on-site measurements, site visits, and construction support as needed.
- Present design concepts to clients and incorporate feedback into final plans.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture or a related field (required).
- Minimum of
- 2 years of experience in residential landscape design.
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign), and Microsoft Office.
- Strong design sensibility with an understanding of scale, function, and aesthetics in residential spaces.
- Knowledge of plants, materials, and construction techniques specific to residential landscapes.
- Strong communication and client-facing skills.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for site visits.
Salary : $65,000 - $80,000
