Pay & Growth Opportunities:
- Starting Pay: $15/hour
- Raise Opportunity: Performance-based raises after 6 months
- Experienced Pay: Higher starting pay available for candidates with 1 years of liquor store experience or retail experience
Position Overview:
As a Cashier/Customer Service team member, you’ll be the friendly face of our store. From greeting customers and making product recommendations to ensuring smooth checkouts, you’ll help create a positive shopping experience. You’ll also pitch in with restocking and keeping the store organized.
What You’ll Do:
- Welcome Customers: Greet and interact with shoppers in a friendly, professional manner.
- Support the Team: Work together to keep daily operations running smoothly.
- Build Connections: Assist customers with purchases and product questions.
- Run the Register: Operate the POS system accurately and confidently.
